Women's Self Defense Class - Ongoing

Service Description

This is a great opportunity to get IN-SHAPE, learn to PROTECT yourself, feel EMPOWERED, build great COMMUNITY and meet other amazing women. Classes will be held Thursday mornings 10- 11:30.
